The Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland (HBA) held its annual Excellence Awards last Saturday, recognizing the outstanding construction and business practices of the association’s members in 40 categories. Thirty different HBA member companies were recognized for their work in 2006 in the building, remodeling, or sales & marketing of homes.
