Simpler CRM for personal sales

b2bCRM (www.b2bcrm.net), the leading supplier of easy to use online CRM for small- and medium-sized companies, has introduced a new version of its software for estate agents, property developers, financial advisors and travel agents.

“The personal sales version is structured for salespeople who sell direct to individuals, rather than organisations,” says b2bCRM partner Jørgen Rode. “By removing the requirement to have their customers linked to an organisation, b2bCRM becomes a lot easier to use for this type of sales job.”

However, while the individual becomes the determining factor in the new version, it is still possible to add organisation names in a separate free-text field.

The idea for the new version came directly from b2bCRM’s users, according to Rode. “That’s the beauty of having a web-hosted CRM system. We can continue to develop the system without disrupting our customers or forcing them to buy new software.”

b2bCRM customers pay a start fee of £5 a month per user with everything included – upgrades, back-up and daily operation. The system includes pipeline management, customer segmentation, and external and internal canvas campaigns. An e-mail marketing module is available to further extend the system.

b2bCRM was created for small- and medium-sized companies looking for a CRM application that is simple to start-up and run. However, the system’s straightforward approach has also attracted larger companies with 20,000-plus employees.
