b2bCRM prepares for strong growth in web-based CRM software
b2bCRM the easy-to-use online customer relationship management system has signed three new distribution deals in Europe and has introduced integration to Denmark’s leading web-based ERP system provider for small- and medium-sized companies, e-conomic.
Copenhagen, Denmark — November 6, 2007
b2bCRM already has around 1500 users in 300 companies, most of whom are based in Denmark. A stronger distribution partner for domestic sales and new distributors in the UK and Sweden will help increase the number of users even further, says b2bCRM partner Jørgen Rode. The company has a target of reaching 50,000 users by 2010.
In Denmark, Rasmus Visby will distribute b2bCRM. Rasmus Visby has a strong track record of software sales in the Nordic region, where he is also sole distributor for the acclaimed Bullguard antispam, firewall and virus software.
b2bCRM’s new partner in Sweden is National Netforms AB, a successful software company based in Halmstad. In the UK, b2bCRM has added TiO Marketing to its distributors in the country.
The integration with e-conomic makes it possible for small- and medium-sized businesses to create a professional management suite, without the cost and complexity of some of the traditional applications.
e-conomic is an online accounting system with free access for accountants and external bookkeepers. It allows multiple users and can be expanded through additional add-on modules for stock management, project management, and integration with other systems.
e-conomic integration can be easily added to all b2bCRM Plus accounts.
QUOTES
“The market for web-based applications is growing strongly and we need to make sure we have the necessary commercial infrastructure in place to achieve our plans for growth,” said b2bCRM partner Jørgen Rode. “The integration with e-conomic also gives us a strong ally in the market for small- to medium-sized businesses.”
“We are very positive about the collaboration with b2bCRM,” said e-conomic CEO Anders Bjørnsbo. “We can see that developers of web applications are becoming increasingly specialised. They realise they can’t do it all so they make sure their applications can be integrated. That way, the customers can decide how much complexity – and cost – they need.”
About b2bCRM
b2bCRM was created for small- and medium-sized companies looking for a CRM application that is simple to start-up and run. However, the system’s straightforward approach has even attracted some larger companies with 20,000-plus employees. b2bCRM customers pay from £5 a month per user - including upgrades, back-up and daily operation. Because it is web-based, b2bCRM is easy to implement. That means no consultancy fees, no installation and no start-up fees. Customers can add e-mail marketing campaigns, pipeline management, customer segmentation, and internal and external canvas campaigns all without expensive upgrades. Daily back-up at a secure server centre makes sure data is safe.
