UGA will host Edelman Digital Bootcamp
New media professionals will provide students and educators with training
for interactive media
ATHENS, Ga.– Feb. 11, 2008
- University of Georgia’s Henry W. Grady College of Journalism & Mass Communication will host Edelman Digital Bootcamp for students and educators throughout the Southeast
- Event will take place March 1, 2008
- Students will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Edelman facilitators to research, design and implement a social media solution for an assigned client
- Educators will have the opportunity to discuss the practicalities of teaching new media, sharing lesson plans and more
- Student registration is $25
- Educator registration is $40

- The Edelman Digital Bootcamp is the first of what Edelman hopes to be many digital media events across the United States
