David E. Coffman, President and CEO, announced the opening of Business Advisors Group PC to provide business valuation and consulting services to small businesses throughout New Jersey. He formed the company to expand his current practice, Business Valuations & Strategies PC of Harrisburg, PA, into New Jersey. The Business Advisors Group offers: 1) business valuations, 2) business performance analysis and improvement, and 3) business exit planning.
David E. Coffman is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation (CPA/ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He has performed over 100 business valuations since founding Business Valuations & Strategies in 1997. He has over 30 years of experience working with small business as a CPA, advisor, and owner.
